You pay 50% deposit to lock in the project. And you pay the 50% balance when the project is complete before your 2:1 call is scheduled for the delivery of all of your assets. Once the project deposit has been made, you agree to commit to the entire project payment as work will commence immediately. No refunds are available.

It depends on which package you purchase, and how busy our current client rotation is. You will be given an approximate time frame at the beginning of the project, but please note that this is subject to change at any time.
